The CLE calendar of the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America (WPA ACCA) includes a pair of seminars covering issues of interest to corporate counsel.
On Monday, March 6, WPA ACCA has scheduled a session titled Ethics - Case Studies.
This program, with Sam Napoli of the Pennsylvania Department of Disciplinary Counsel as speaker, will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Duquesne Light Company Chamber of Commerce Building, second floor auditorium, 411 Seventh Avenue, Pittsburgh.
On Monday, April 3, WPA ACCA is offering a program titled Recent Developments in Employment Law - Hiring Practices & Diversity Management.
This session, featuring Lynn Outwater of Jackson Lewis as speaker, will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., also at the Duquesne Light Company Chamber of Commerce Building.
