The Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America (WPA ACCA) will continue its first Monday series of CLE seminars with programs this month and next.
Sessions take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at One Mellon Bank Center Room A, Third Floor Customer Reception Center, 500 Grant Street, Pittsburgh.
On Monday, April 5, WPA ACCA has scheduled a session titled Resolving Commercial Disputes - Arbitration and Mediation.
Speakers for this program will be Joseph A. Hrabik, Limbach Company; David E. Ulcine, American Arbitration Association, and James J. Puhala, General Counsel Mediation, LLC.
On Monday, May 3, WPA ACCA will present Appellate Advocacy - An In-House Perspective.
The speaker for this session will be the Hon. Debra M. Todd, Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
