The Washington Metropolitan Area Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America (WMACCA) this month is planning a seminar titled View From the Bar: A Supreme Court Round-Up.
The program will take place on Thursday, January 27 from noon to 2 p.m. at the Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner, 1700 Tysons Boulevard, McLean, VA.
Serving as moderator for the session is Nina Totenberg, Legal Correspondent for National Public Radio. Among the panelists are Theodore B. Olson, former U.S. Solicitor General (2000-2004) now with Gibson Dunn & Crutcher; Seth Waxman, former Solicitor General (1996-1997) now with Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr; Walter Dellinger III, former acting Solicitor General now with O'Melveny & Myers LLP, and Maureen Mahoney, former Deputy Solicitor General (1991-1993) now with Latham & Watkins LLP.
