WMACCA Montgomery County Networking Forum To Present Program On Ethics Issues



The Washington Metropolitan Area Chapter of the American Corporate Counsel Association (WMACCA) Montgomery County Networking Forum will present Ethics Issues for In-house Counsel in Maryland on Monday, January 12 at the offices of US Pharmacopeia, 12601 Twinbrook Parkway in Rockville, Maryland.

The free, members-only program will be a brown bag lunch from noon to 2 p.m.

Alvin I. Frederick, Eccleston & Wolf, and Glenn Grossman, Deputy Bar Counsel, Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission, will be the featured speakers.

They will discuss such ethical issues as dealing with employees who may not understand that the company is the client, preserving the protection by the appropriate privilege of communications and work-product, and other particular ethical considerations for in-house counsel in Maryland.

Attendees are invited to bring their own war stories for an off-the-record discussion.
