What Sarbanes-Oxley, Other Laws SayAbout Protecting IP Portfolios

The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America and the firm of Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz, PC are preparing a CLE seminar titled Managing Your IP Portfolio to Comply With New Sarbanes Oxley and Common Law Requirements.

The program will take place on Wednesday, January 18 from 8 to 10:30 a.m. at the Friars Club, 57 East 55th Street, New York City.
