The Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) this month is planning a CLE seminar titled Preparing to File a Lawsuit.
The program will take place on Wednesday, August 16 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the MBA Conference Center, 20 West Street, Boston.
An experienced faculty will begin by conducting mock client interviews and then discuss the legal, ethical and client issues raised during the interviews, as well as other issues associated with preparing to file a lawsuit.
The program chair is David W. White-Lief, Breakstone White-Lief & Gluck PC. Other speakers will be Alice B. Burklin, Duane Morris LLP; Denise I. Murphy, Rubin & Rudman LLP, and Leonard L. Spada, Spada & Zullo.
