What Attorneys Need To KnowAbout Trying Cases In Federal Court

The Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Trying Cases in Federal District Court.

The program will take place on Wednesday, July 12 from 9 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the PBI Conference Center, 5080 Ritter Road, Mechanicsburg, PA.

Discussion topics will include: jurisdiction and venue, removal/remand, federal rules of civil procedure, federal rules of evidence, the peculiarities of trying cases in federal court, ethics issues in federal court practice, and practice and trial tips.
