WESFACCA this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Outsourcing: Critical Business and Legal Implications of Complex, Long-Term, Strategic Relationships.
The program, co-sponsored by the WESFACCA IP Committee and the firm of Shaw Pittman LLP, will take place on Wednesday, February 11 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Greenwich Hyatt Regency Hotel in Old Greenwich, CT.
The session is designed to introduce in-house counsel and other legal practitioners to the numerous legal and commercial issues involved in complex IT and business process outsourcing transactions from the perspective of an outsourcing customer.
Speakers at the half-day session will include Edward Hansen and Akiba Stern, both partners at Shaw Pittman, and Gary Greene, associate general counsel, Synapse Group.
