'Weathering The Onslaught Of IP Infringement Claims'

Businesses are facing increasing claims that products or services they offer violate some type of intellectual property protection. This area of the law will be examined next month by WESFACCA, in a CLE seminar titled Weathering the Onslaught of IP Infringement Claims.

The program, set for Tuesday, February 19, will offer tips and pointers on handling infringement claims promptly and effectively to avoid civil and criminal liability.

The speaker for the morning session will be Pete Tennent, IP counsel-corporate litigation at IBM.

The program will take place from 9 to 11 a.m. at the WESFACCA Conference Center, 970 Summer Street, Stamford, CT.

For information on registration fees and CLE credits, see the Bulletin Board in this issue.
