The Association of the Bar of the City of New York (ABCNY) this month is offering a video replay of a popular CLE seminar titled Ethics for the Intellectual Property Practitioner.
The program will take place on Monday, April 17 from 9 a.m. to noon at the House of the Association, 42 West 44th Street, New York City.
This program will cover the whole range of ethical problems that an intellectual property practitioner may encounter. The program will cover litigation problems, non-litigation problems and the particular concerns of the in-house practitioner.
