Virginia CLE next month is planning a pair of video replays of a popular program titled 22nd Annual Business Law Seminar: Negotiating the Purchase and Sale of a Business.
The sessions will be presented on Wednesday, May 5 at the Executive Conference and Training Center at Tysons Corner, 8201 Greensboro Drive Tysons Corner, VA; and on Thursday, May 6 at the Crowne Plaza Washington National Airport, 1489 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA.
Each session runs from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.
The faculty includes Joel M. Birken, Rees, Broome & Diaz, P.C.; Richard H. Howardsmith, Feil, Pettit & Williams, PLC, and T. Richard Litton Jr., Kaufman & Canoles.
