Virginia CLE will offer a basic course entitled The Lawyer's Guide to Understanding Financial Statements: What the Numbers Really Mean.Harold G. Martin, Jr.,the principle-in-charge of the Business Valuation and Litigation Services Group for Keiter, Stephens, Hurst, Gary & Shreaves, will be the instructor. Douglas Scott, of DurretteBradshaw, PLC, will serve as moderator.
The half-day course, following registration at 8:30 a.m., is scheduled from 9 a.m. until 1:20 p.m.
The program will be available live on Wednesday, April 12 in Fairfax, at the Waterford at Fair Oaks, 12025 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway.Video replays will be shown on Tuesday, May 2 at the Holiday Inn Tysons Corner, 1960 Chain Bridge Road in Tysons Corner, and on Thursday, May 4 at the Radisson Hotel Old Town, 901 N.
