The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) is planning a pair of video replays of a CLE seminar titled Titles to Real Estate in Ohio.
The programs will take place on Wednesday, June 23 at the John S. Knight Center, 77 East Mill Street, Akron, OH, and on Wednesday, July 14 at the Holiday Inn French Quarter, 10630 Freemont Pike, Perrysburg, OH. Each session runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with registration starting at 8 a.m.
The seminar covers a wide range of topics, including conveyancing in Ohio, bankruptcy issues in commercial real estate transactions, title issues with business and governmental entities, and title issues relating to condominiums.
