A seminar titled The Mold Among Us: Preventative Measures for Litigation Avoidance will be presented next month by the South Florida Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America.
The program is scheduled for Wednesday, November 17 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Ft. Lauderdale Wyndham Airport Resort, 1879 Griffin Road, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. A cocktail reception will follow until 6 p.m.
The featured speaker will be Kerry Barsh, Greenberg Traurig, who practices environmental compliance, including mold, hazardous waste regulatory and liability matters.
