The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America and the firm of Grotta, Glassman & Hoffman, p.c. this month are planning a CLE seminar titled Complex Legal and Ethical Issues Facing In-House Employment Counsel.

The program will take place on Friday, February 3 from 8:30 a.m. to noon at The Harvard Club, 27 West 44th Street, New York City.

Keith R. McMurdy, Grotta Glassman, will examine Executive Compensation and 409A Tax Concerns.

Craig R. Benson, Grotta Glassman, will cover Arbitration Agreements and Codes of Conduct.

David M. Wirtz, Grotta Glassman, will explain the Intermittent Leave Puzzle Under the FMLA.

Bruce R. Millman, Grotta Glassman, will moderate a discussion of Legal and tactical Issues in Mediation by Mr. Benson and Michael Boxer, senior vice president and general counsel for North America, Luxotica Group.

Mr. Millman and Mr. Wirtz will review Ethical Issues in Mediation.
