'Successful And Ethical Comp Strategies'



Successful and Ethical Comp Strategies is the title of a CLE scheduled this month by Virginia CLE.


The program will take place on Thursday, June 10 from 9 a.m. to 1:20 p.m. at the Tysons Westpark Hotel, 8401 Westpark Drive, Tysons Corner, VA.


The biennial seminar provides tips and techniques to enhance attendees' workers' compensation practices in these areas:


Injury by accident, occupational diseases, and changes in condition claims;


Maximizing your client's interests before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission;


Court of Appeals perspectives on cases;


How to avoid ethical and malpractice claims.


The program moderator is Lawrence J. Pascal, Ashcraft & Gerel LLP. Judicial and commission participants at the seminar include the Hon. Johanna L. Fitzpatrick and the Hon. D. Arthur Kelsey, both of the Court of Appeals of Virginia, and the Hon. William Dudley Jr. and the Hon. Lawrence D. Tarr, both commissioners for the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission.
