The Environmental and Natural Resources Section and the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas this month are planning a two-day CLE seminar titled The Changing Face of Water Rights in Texas.
The program will take place Thursday and Friday, May 18 and 19 at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa, 9800 Hyatt Resort Drive, San Antonio, TX. Sessions will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. on the first day and from 9 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. on the second day.
Co-chairs for the program are John R. Pitts, an Austin, TX attorney, and Michael A. Gershon, Lloyd, Gosselink, Blevins, Rochelle & Townsend.
