St. Louis Bar Offering Pair Of SeminarsOn Business-Related Issues

The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) this month is offering a pair of CLE seminars on business-related issues.

On Tuesday November 8, BAMSL will present Navigating the Bankruptcy Waters from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. at the BAMSL headquarters, Laclede Gas Building, 720 Olive Boulevard, St. Louis. Lunch and registration will take place between 11:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m.

The speakers will be the Hon. Kathy A. Surratt States, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri, and Robert A. Breidenbach, Goldstein & Pressman, PC.

On Wednesday, November 9, BAMSL has scheduled its Small Business Conference from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., also at the BAMSL headquarters.

This full-day program will focus on issues for which new and existing small business owners often seek the advice of an attorney. The program will cover issues frequently encountered in the areas of business organization, financing, labor and employment, real estate, bankruptcy and debtor/creditor relations, and alternative dispute resolution.
