South Florida ACCA Slates Its Annual Employment Seminar



The current calendar for the South Florida Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America (ACCSOUTHFLA) has both an educational and social focus.


On Wednesday, April 14, ACCASOUTHFLA will present its Annual Employment Law Seminar: Wage and Hour Investigations - The New Plaintiff's Hot Button.


David Block, managing partner of Jackson Lewis Miami, will provide attendees with points of defense as he explains the new trend in wage and hour litigation and ways to protect companies from exposure.


The program will take place from 3:30 to 6 p.m. at the Wyndham Hotel at Ft. Lauderdale Airport, Griffin Road at I-95, Dania, FL. A 90-minute CLE presentation will be followed by a networking reception.
