The South Florida Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month has scheduled its Corporate Counsel Institute 2005.
The event will take place on Thursday, February 3 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Wyndham Ft. Lauderdale Airport, 1870 Griffin Road, Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
The morning session will be highlighted by Rick Schoenfield, a national speaker and author for Westlaw, who recently released a new book, Legal Negotiations: Getting Maximum Results.
The keynote luncheon speaker will be Caroline H. Miller, senior counsel with the U.S. Department of Justice and a member of the Florida Bar Professionalism Committee, who will speak on ethics.
The final session will be an interactive panel moderated by Marcia Narine, senior counsel for Ryder Systems, on the topic of law department management.
