The Southern California Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America has scheduled a pair of CLE seminars covering topics of particular interest to in-house counsel as part of its networking roundtable lunch series.
On Wednesday, March 29, the chapter is offering a program titled Employment Law: Proactive Compliance Tips for In-House Counsel. The session will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Filenet Corporation, 3565 Harbor Boulevard, Costa Mesa, CA. Speakers are still to be announced.
On Wednesday, April 26, the chapter will present Advanced Contracts Issues: Negotiating the Difficult Clauses. The session will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., also at the Filenet Corporation. Speakers will be attorneys from Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth.
