The Southern California Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America on Wednesday, May 25 is planning a Networking Roundtable Lunch titled Keeping Off Homeland Security's Radar - Immigration Compliance in a Nutshell.
Mitchell Wexler of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bersen & Loewy will discuss topics such as An Effective I-9 Policy, New Electronic Completion and Maintenance Options for I-9; Immigration Issues for Due Diligence Checklists, How to Maintain Compliant Mandatory Public Access Files for H-1B workers, and the PERM/E-filing Labor certification Process.
The program will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Filenet Corporation, 3565 Harbor Boulevard, Costa Mesa, CA.
