SF Bar Seminar Will ExamineE-Discovery In Construction Disputes

The Construction Law Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco this month is offering a CLE seminar titled Practical Approaches to Electronic Discovery in Construction Disputes.

The program will take place on Tuesday, August 29 from noon to 1 p.m. at the BASF Board Room, 465 California Street, San Francisco. Registration will begin at 11:30 a.m.

The featured speaker will be Howard Ashcraft, Hanson Bridgett Marcus Vlahos & Rudy LLP. He will address issues such as:
