Seminar Will Trace The Process Of Employment Law Litigation

Virginia CLE this month will present a CLE program titled15th Annual Employment Law Update Seminar - Chronicles of the Workplace: the Outburst, the Firing, and the Litigation.

The program will take place on Tuesday, May 9 at The Waterford at Fair Oaks, 12025 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, Fairfax, VA.

Video replays of the seminar also will be presented on Tuesday, June 6 in Tysons Corner, VA; on Wednesday, June 7 in Dulles, VA, and on Thursday, June 8 in Alexandria, VA.

The faculty will guide attendees through the employment law litigation process, from the first client interview, through discovery, and into the courtroom. Included will be an examination of appropriate forms such as complaint, answer, offer of judgment, interrogatories, document requests, requests for admission, motion to compel, motion for protective order, stipulated protective order, deposition notice, 30(b)(6) deposition notice, and summary judgment brief.
