Seminar Will Review When To Use Arbitration, Mediation Or Litigation

The Northeast Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month will present a CLE seminar titled The Strategic Use of Arbitration, Mediation and Litigation: Which to Use and Why.

The program is scheduled for Tuesday, May 16 from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the University of Massachusetts Club, 225 Franklin Street, 33rd Floor, Boston.

The program is designed to teach attendees how to maximize the benefits and minimize the detriments of mediation and arbitration. The session will:

Discuss key differences between mediation, arbitration and litigation;

Focus on the advantages and disadvantages of each and how to know which to choose;

Explain how to navigate each from the perspective of the lawyers, the experts, the mediators, and the arbitrators;

Provide practical guidance to achieving dispute resolution goals.

Speakers will include Russell Beck and David Sanders, Foley & Lardner LLP; Peter Resnick, Huron Consulting Group; Iam Hecker, Middlesex Savings Bank, and John Fieldsteel, Urbelis & Fieldsteel, LLP.
