The Connecticut Bar Association (CBA) this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Commercial Real Estate Transactions From Contract Through Closing.
The program will take place on Thursday, May 11 from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m at the CBA Law Center, 30 Bank Street, New Britain, CT.
This program will take a detailed look at the commercial real estate-based transaction from the letter of intent and initial contract through the closing.
