Seminar Will Review Lawsuit Preparation

The Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) is planning a CLE seminar titled Preparing to File a Lawsuit.

The program will take place on Wednesday, August 22 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Boston University School of Law, 765 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston.

This practical seminar will cover the mechanics of preparing to file a lawsuit from start to finish. The experienced faculty will begin by conducting mock client interviews and then discuss the legal, ethical and client issues raised during the interviews, as well as other issues associated with lawsuit preparation.

The program chair is David W. White Jr., Breakstone, White & Gluck PC. Speakers will be Alice B. Braunstein, Duane Morris LLP; Jeffrey N. Catalano, Todd & Weld LLP, and Denise I. Murphy, Rubin & Rudman LLP.
