Discovery in Employment Litigation is the title of a CLE seminar which will take place on Thursday, July 13 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.

Effective use of discovery in employment litigation affects the success of employment law cases, and influences strategy regarding settlement. This seminar is for employment lawyers, litigators and in-house counsel.

The program features a thorough discussion of a wide range of discovery issues presented by top Massachusetts employment law attorneys. They present practical tips that help attorneys identify the weaknesses in an opponent's case and maximize the strength of their own.
