The Business & Corporations Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) this month is offering a CLE seminar titled Securities Issues in Forming and Advising Real Estate Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies.
The program will take place on Thursday, September 14 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the LACBA/LexisNexis Conference Center, 281 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, Registration and lunch begin at 11:30 a.m.
This program will discuss the issues that arise under federal and state securities laws in connection with the offering of interests in entities formed for the purpose of investment in real property.
