Seminar Will Offer AdviceOn Drafting Organizational Documents

The Lawyer's Guide to Organizational Documents will be presented this month by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) in three locations across the state.

Programs will take place on Tuesday, June 14 at the PBI Conference Center, 5080 Ritter Road, Mechanicsburg, PA; on Wednesday, June 15 at the Conference Center at Mellon, 501 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, and on Tuesday, June 21 at the CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Juniper Street, Philadelphia. Sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., with registration starting at 8:30 a.m.

Designed specifically for transactional lawyers and general practitioners, this program is considered a perfect starting point for learning the art of drafting corporate organizational documents.

The faculty will examine:

  • Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.
  • Shareholder Agreements.
  • LLC Documents.
