Seminar Will Offer AdviceOn Choosing The Right Business Entity

The Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) this month has planned a CLE seminar titled Results LLCs, S Corps and C Corps: Choosing the Best Business Entity for Maximum Results.

The program will take place on Wednesday, August 16 at the CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Juniper Street, Philadelphia, and on Wednesday, August 30 at the Koppers Building, 436 Seventh Avenue, Pittsburgh. On Thursday, August 31, the program will be presented via satellite to 34 downlink sites in Pennsylvania. Each of the sessions runs from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

The experienced faculty will take seminar participants from fundamental structure to tax advantages to asset protection for each of the organizational models.
