Seminar Will Give AttorneysBackground On What Happens On Wall Street

The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) this month has planned a CLE seminar titled What Lawyers Need to Know About Wall Street in three locations throughout the state.

Programs will take place on Wednesday, August 10 at the Holiday Inn, I-275 North, Cincinnati; on Tuesday, August 11 at the OSBA offices, 1700 Lake Shore Drive, Columbus, OH, and on Friday, August 12 at the Forum Conference Center, East 9th and St. Clair streets, Cleveland. Sessions run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with registration beginning at 8 a.m.

The featured speaker will be Michael McGowan, senior associate at Frank Sanitate Associates. He is a former trial lawyer who has worked and taught in the financial services industry.

Among the topics he will address are:
