Seminar Will Examine IP Infringement Claims



Business are facing increasing claims that products or services they offer violate some type of intellectual property protection. To help corporate attorneys deal with this situation, WESFACCA, the Westchester/Southern Connecticut Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America, this month will present a CLE seminar titled Weathering the Onslaught of IP Infringement Claims.

The program is scheduled for Thursday, March 25 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the WESFACCA Conference Center, 970 Summer Street, Stamford, CT.

Participants can expect to get tips and pointers on handling these claims promptly and effectively to avoid civil and criminal liability.
