Seminar Will Examine Corporate Ethics Issues



The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America and the firm of Grotta, Glassman & Hoffman, P.A. this month are planning a CLE seminar titled Complex Legal and Ethical Issues Facing In-House Employment Counsel.


The program is scheduled for Friday, May 14 from 8:30 a.m. to noon at The Harvard Club, 27 West 44th Street, New York City.


Stephanie Basta, associate counsel for the Metropolitan Museum of Art, will discuss Harassment Investigations: Achieving the "Right" Result for Your Client.


Bruce R. Millman, Grotta Glassman, will cover Getting Real With Post-Employment Restrictions for Your Employees.


Responding to the Mental Disability Claim: What Are the Options? is the title of a presentation planned by Bertrand E. Pogrebin, Grotta Glassman.


David M. Wirtz , Grotta Glassman, will review Ethical Dilemmas of Settlement Negotiations.
