The Business Law Section of the State Bar of Texas this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Texas Business Organizations: Choice of Entity and Formation.
The program is set for Friday, May 26 from 8:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort, 9800 Hyatt Resort Drive, San Antonio, TX.
At this year's course, leading business practitioners from across the state will analyze the legal and tax characteristics of each entity along with their advantages and disadvantages.
