In less than 20 years, sexual harassment claims have gone from having dubious legal standing to being one of the most significant sources of employer liability in the employment context. To help attorneys better understand this developing area of law, the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) this month will present a CLE seminar titled Effective Management of Sexual Harassment Claims.
The program will take place on Friday, June 18 at the OSBA offices, 1700 Lake Shore Drive, Columbus, Ohio, and on Friday, June 25 at The Forum, One Cleveland Center, Cleveland. Each session runs from 8:20 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., with registration starting at 8 a.m.
