The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America, the firm of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP and Deloitte Tax LLP this month will co-sponsor a CLE seminar titled Investing in Canada and Cross-Border Financing.
The program will take place on Tuesday, December 6 from 8:15 to 9:30 a.m. at the Rainbow Room-Radio City Suite, 49 West 49th Street, New York City.
The program will present an overview on Canadian opportunities for structuring, financing and reorganizations in Canada and the relevant income tax considerations.
The featured speakers will be Steven M. Davis, senior manager for international tax services, Deloitte Tax, and Christopher Steeves, a partner at Fraser Milner.
