Real estate has unique due diligence requirements. From the mega development to the single parcel transaction, knowing what needs to be known and who needs to discover it is the first step toward ensuring a successful deal. Attendees will learn how to conduct due diligence for basic property matters, title and environmental issues.

Discussions will focus on: basic property matters, titles, environmental, insurance options, escrow and indemnity, new and pending regulatory compliance regulations, and post-closing monitoring.
