Seminar To Focus On Four Areas:Employment, IP, Bankruptcy, Ethics

The Southwest Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America and the Cincinnati Bar Association this month are planning a CLE seminar titled Employment Law, IP Basics, Bankruptcy Issues and Ethics.

The program will take place on Thursday, October 12 from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. at The Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati, Rookwood Tower, 3805 Edwards Road, Cincinnati.

Discussion topics will include: Action Plans to Avoid Employment Lawsuits; IP Basics; Effects of the Bankruptcy Code Amendments One Year Later and Assorted Other Hot Topics in Chapter 11, and Ethics.

The panel of speakers will include Scott Carroll, Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP; Janice Whitlow and David L. Narciso, GE Aviation; Casey Coston, Squire Sanders & Dempsey LLP, and Neil Ganulin, Frost Brown Todd LLC.
