Seminar Focus: Thompson Memo

The firm of King & Spalding LLP this month will present a CLE seminar titled How Would Your Company Fare Under the Thompson Memorandum? on behalf of the Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America.

The program will take place on Monday, October 17 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the offices of King & Spalding, 1185 Avenue of the Americas, New York City.

Speakers will include David Esseks, chief of the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force of the United States Attorneys' Office; Mark Schonfeld, regional director of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and King & Spalding LLP partners Andrew Hruska, former senior counsel to U.S. Deputy Attorney General Larry Thompson; Russell Ryan, former assistant director of the SEC's Division of Enforcement; Patrick Smith, former member of the Southern District's Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force, and Christopher Wray, former assistant attorney general in charge of the U.S. Department of Justice's Criminal Division and member of the President's Corporate Fraud Task Force.
