Seminar Focus: Real Property Law

The Oklahoma Bar Association this month will present a CLE seminar titled Real Property Law: Tying Up the Bundle of Sticks in two sites.

Programs will take place on Friday, September 22 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Tulsa, OK, and on Friday, September 29 at the Oklahoma Bar Center, Oklahoma City, OK. Sessions run from 9 a.m. to 2:50 p.m., with registration starting at 8:30 a.m.

Among the topics to be addressed at the seminar are: UCC Revised Article 9 and the Real Property Lawyer; Oil and Gas - Surface v. Mineral Use; Wind Farm Transactions and Leasehold Estates; the New ATLA 2006 Title Insurance Policy; Retail Bankruptcies, and Eminent Domain Concepts.
