Seminar Focus: New Role Of In-House Counsel As the Corporation's Police Officer

The New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association, in cooperation with Saiber Schlesinger Satz & Goldstein, LLC, this month will give a presentation on the role of counsel in the aftermath of Sarbanes Oxley.

The program will be held on October 6 at the Sheraton at Woodbridge Place in Iselin, NJ. Registration and a continental breakfast will be at 8:30 a.m., and the program will begin at9 a.m.

Among the speakers are Bruce I. Goldstein, Ernest E. Badway and Edwin Nordlinger of Saiber Schlesinger Satz & Goldstein, LLC. Mr. Nordlinger is the former deputy regional director of the SEC's New York office.The program moderator is Kristi Vaiden, president-elect, NJCCA.
