The New York County Lawyers' Association (NYCLA) is planning a CLE seminar titled Mastering Negotiation Workshop.
The program will take place on Thursday, November 15 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the NYCLA Home of Law, 14 Vesey Street, New York City.
This is an interactive program designed to serve as a preparation tool for negotiations, a framework for conducting negotiations and an instrument for evaluating negotiating agreements. The program combines theory with practice, using a mixture of lectures, exercises, and customized scenarios to achieve these goals.
