Seminar Focus: How To Handle CollateralIn Foreign Financing Transactions

The Association of the Bar of the City of New York has scheduled a video replay this month of a CLE seminar titled Foreign Collateral: Practical Advice for Creating & Enforcing Security Interests.

The program will take place on Wednesday, August 10 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the House of the Association, 42 West 42nd Street, New York City.

In the context of a proposed hypothetical secured financing transaction involving various types of collateral, a panel of international legal advisors will discuss and contrast the legal practical requirements for creating, perfecting and enforcing liens on such collateral in representative countries around the world.

This program will be of interest to lawyers, bankers and commercial participants in project financings and other cross-border lending transactions.
