Seminar Focus: How In-House CounselCan Deal With Ethical Dilemmas



The Long Island Section of the Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America will present a CLE seminar titled Selected Ethics Issues for the In-House Practitioner - An Overview of Some of the Common Challenges Facing Corporate Counsel, Including Ethics Challenges Arising in the Context of Internal Investigations, an Update on Multi-jurisdictional Practice, and an Update on the Effects of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.


The program will take place on Thursday, June 3 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the offices of Simmons, Jannace & Stagg, L.L.P., The Financial Center, 90 Merrick Avenue, East Meadow, NY.


Speakers will be Dennis Sheehan, associate general counsel, Foot Locker, Inc.; Francis J. Sweeney, executive vice president and chief operating officer, TDK U.S.A., and Jackie L. Gross, senior attorney, NEC USA, Inc.
