Seminar Focus: DiscriminationBased On Sexual Orientation

The Association of the Bar of the City of New York (ABCNY) this month will present a CLE seminar titled Employment Discrimination Law: Workplace Rights & Protections Relating to Sex, Sexual Orientation & Gender.

The program, will take place on Tuesday, May 23 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the House of the Association, 42 West 44th Street, New York City.

This program will provide a comprehensive exploration of federal, state and local employment discrimination laws in public and private employment in relation to gender, gender identity and sexual orientation.

The seminar co-chairs are Lisa R. Badner, counsel, Equal Employment Practices Commission, and Allen A. Drexel, Cohen Lans LLP.
