Today's robust government contracting environment has resulted in sales, mergers or acquisitions involving many government contracting businesses, including small and 8(a) firms, and various commercial organizations. On Wednesday, April 14, the Washington (DC) Metropolitan Area Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America will address this issue in a seminar titled A Primer on the Sale, Merger and Acquisition of a Business With Government Contract Concerns.
The discussion will be moderated by Bradley Wine, Dickstein, Shapiro, Morin & Oshinsky, LLP. The panel of speakers will include David M. Nadler, Harvey Sherzer and Ira H. Polon, all partners at Dickstein Shapiro.
