Investment by U.S. corporations in Europe is again on the increase. With this in mind, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) early next month will offer a CLE seminar titled Mergers and Acquisitions in Europe.
The program will be presented on Wednesday, December 1 at the CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Juniper Street, Philadelphia, and on Thursday, December 2 at the Conference Center at Mellon, 501 Grant Street, Pittsburgh. The session will run from 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., with registration starting at 8 a.m.
Practitioners from the European Legal Alliance will guide participants through the key issues they will need to address in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions in Europe.
The faculty for the morning session includes Andrew Blankfield, Field Fisher Waterhouse; Andres Jimenez de Parga, Jimenez de Parga Abogados, and Dr. Michael Leue, Buse Heberer Fromm.
