Seminar Focus: Accounting Fraud

The Association of the Bar of the City of New York (ABCNY) this month will offer a CLE seminar titled Current Ethical Issues in the Practice of Securities Law - Investigating Allegations of Fraud in a Public Company.

The program will take place on Thursday, March 30 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the House of the Association, 42 West 44th Street, New York City.

The program chair is David Kramer, Paul Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Others speakers will be Pierre M. Genton, managing director and head of litigation, Credit Suisse; Barry W. Rashkover, Sidley Austin LLP, and Michael R. Young, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
