On Monday, December 15, the South Carolina Bar CLE Division and the Charleston School of Law are co-presenting an upcoming program titled What Does the Election Mean for Taxes?
Beginning at 8:30 a.m. with registration, the program will adjourn at 12:45 p.m. at the Charleston School of Law or via live webcast.
Course planner and Charleston School of Law Professor and former dean, Richard Gershon, will explore the implications of November's national elections for the future of tax planning. The program is designed in an interactive panel discussion format to inform the legal practitioner not only about the direction of pending federal legislationbut also what to expect and how to advise individual and corporate clients as the new administration moves forward.
